分析了棉纺纱条条干不匀的种类和产生原因 ,介绍了计算机辅助诊断的可行性和原理 ;针对基于波谱图的机械波、牵伸波、部分特殊机械波的诊断 ,外观简易诊断和设备不良诊断进行程序设计 ,实现了对于棉纺各工序条干不匀的计算机故障诊断。

The sorts and creation reasons of unevenness are analyzed. Feasibility and principle of computer auxiliary diagnosis are introduced. Machine waves, drawing waves and part special machine waves based on spectrogram of diagnosis are taken program design, and appearance simple diagnosis and equipments failure diagnosis are also taken program design, which can realize computer failure diagnosis for every cotton spinning process unevenness.
