摘要
分析了原有织机数据采集监测系统的缺陷 ,采用 4 85串行通信方式对其进行了革新。利用多个单片机构成分布式系统 ,对分散的多个对象实施监测与数据采集。下层单片机与中央控制计算机并行运行 ,具有良好的实时响应能力。介绍了系统的结构、功能、下位机的工作原理及软件设计原理 ,并实现了用软件方法替代硬件滤波的功能。该系统不仅运行稳定、响应速度快 ,而且体积减小、硬件成本降低、布局美观。
Defects of old loom data collection system are analyzed, and renovated by using 485 series communication mode. Many scattered objects are conducted monitoring and collected data, which use distribution system consisted of many single chip processor. Bottom single chip processor runs together with center control computer, which takes on the better ability of real-time response. Structure and function of system are introduced,work principles of bottom processor and design principles of software are also introduced. The function of using software replaced hardware filter waves are realized. The system not only runs steadily and response quickly, but also occupies small room, reduces hardware costs and has beautiful distribution.
