Research on the Cause of the Female Crime in the New Period

近年来女性犯罪呈逐渐上升趋势,探究新时期女性犯罪原因尤为必要。应摒弃传统的基于以男性犯罪为基础,针对以男性为主的犯罪行为的研究方式。就女性犯罪而言,诱生的因素存在于社会的、家庭的、个体的三个方面,由此及彼,层次不同而又联系紧密。

The female crime reports in recent years gradually up-trend, so that to investigate the cause of the female crime in the new period is particularly for the necessity.The research pattern which is based on the male crime and aims at criminal offence which is mainly done by the male should be abandoned.As for the female crime, the causality lies in three aspects: society, familyand individual.They are from this to that, have different structures and close contact.
