论明朝有利于生态环境改善的法律规定及其借鉴意义

An Investigation of the Set Laws of Ming Dynasty Beneficial to the Improving of Environment and Their Meaning to Our Modern Society

明朝建立后,朱元璋推行“重典治国”的方针。但是一些史实表明,这个政权在某些时期对于保护自然环境还是颇为重视的。该文通过论述明朝引礼入法、植树造林、城市环境保护、保护水利资源、森林资源等有利于生态环境改善的法律,试图提出对现代环境法的借鉴意义。

After the foundation of Ming dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang carried the policies of managing state affairs through severe laws into execution.However, the practice indicated that the policies thought much of the nature environmental protection.This thesis studied the set laws of Ming dynasty beneficial to the improvign of environment, such as laws of tree planting, environmental protection of city, water resource protection and forest conservation.And it try to provide the meaning of the set laws to our modern society as there is much zhortage in present-day environment law.
