摘要
本文报告因外伤性脾破裂行脾保留手术24例,均获成功。其中单纯脾修补12例,脾修补加脾动脉结扎6例,半脾切除2例,半脾切除加脾动脉结扎1例,脾切除后自体脾组织移植3例。同时对手术方法和手术适应证进行了讨论。
Twenty-four cases of traumatic splenic ruptures treated with conservative surgical operations are reported in this paper. All the operations succeeded . Only the spleens of 12 case were repaired. Splenic repairs and arterious ligations of 6 cases were done.Partial splenectomy was performed in 2 cases.Partial splenectomy and arterious ligation were performed in 1 case.Autografts of splenic organization after splenectomies were done in 3 cases.The surgical methods and indications are also discussed.
