为适应铁路跨越式发展 ,强化施工质量验收 ,新的《铁路电力牵引供电工程施工质量验收标准》已于 2 0 0 4年1月 1日起实施。为使广大设计、施工、监理、建设有关人员更好地理解和应用 。

For realization of leaping-forward development of Chinese railway and to enhance acceptance of construction quality, the new version of Acceptance Standard for Construction Quality of Railway Electric Traction Power Supply Engineering has come into effect on Jan. 1, 2004. An introduction is given to main characteristics and content of this revision for better understanding and use of this standard by designers, construction workers, supervising engineers and clients.
