摘要
文章在综述国外关于教师教学专长与认知技能发展研究的理论基础及测量与评价方法,并分析这些测量与评价方法存在的问题的基础上,对相关的理论与测量方法对教师教学专长发展、教师资格认证以及教师培训的意义进行了讨论。
The paper overviews the theoretical base and evaluation method of teaching expertise in the west countries,analyzes the applications and problems in these evaluation methods. Finally,the implications of these theoretical base and evaluation methods on teaching expertise,teachers'qualification and teacher education were also discussed.
