In the light of teaching level estimated actualities, there are the contents of action strategies in 2004-2005 of estimating construction year-teaching quality year-standardizing management year, that is, a series of tasks that should be performed well, including 62 projects in teaching, 10 tasks in science research, 15 aspects of work in estimating software construction,12 projects in estimated hardware construction.
