摘要
入世以来 ,随着市场经济的发展及经济全球化进程的加快 ,企业间的竞争更加激烈 ,国内的众多企业要想在这场竞争中生存和发展 ,必须依靠“人才”的力量 ,其中“营销人才”的作用是最直接的 ,影响也是最大的 ;目前我国高校的“营销人才”培养模式比较陈旧、落后 ,难以培养出适应市场经济发展要求的合格人才 ,因此必须对之进行改革。只有改革 ,才能提高我们的教学水平和教学效果 ,才能为企业输送高素质的营销人才。
With China's successful entry into WTO and with the development of marketing economy and the economic globalization ,competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce .To gain the chance of existence and development ,more and more civil enterprises select using the strength of talents. And it's most direct effect is “marketing talents” .So far the fostering patterns of “marketing talents” in our country has become old , and can't adapt to the development of marketing economy .So we have to take reform .Only by reform can we improve our teaching level and teaching effect and transport marketing talents with high qualities.
