摘要近年来,国内外有关药物引起急性胰腺炎的报道有所增加。本文介绍引起或有可能引起急性胰腺炎的药物,并对其发病机制、诊断和防治进行探讨,旨在引起对药物性胰腺炎的关注,以降低其发生率。
