摘要
从醋纤结构及染料上染机理入手 ,探索了醋纤服用面料的印染工艺。研究发现 :醋纤织物印染加工宜采用温和条件 ,经严格筛选的专用分散染料对其印花、染色效果明显优于普通分散染料 ,柔软剂复配技术的使用可显著改善其风格 ,并有效减轻静电聚集现象。
Based on the structure of acetate fiber and mechanism of dyes exhaustion, dyeing and finishing process of acetate fiber fabric was explored. The results showed that the condition of acetate fiber processing should be gentle, the selected and specific disperse dyes were more suitable for dyeing and printing, with built softener the fabric style could be improved greatly and static deposition could be reduced efficiently.
