摘要
主要介绍了加工锡在涤纶仿真丝织物防拔染印花中的应用 ,给出了工艺流程及注意事项 ,如染料的选用、色浆调制、温度控制、刮刀压力、拔染糊料的选用等。实践证明 ,采用加工锡雕印工艺生产的涤纶仿真丝织物花型轮廓清晰、色光纯正。
In this paper, the application of SnCl 2 to resist and discharge printing of silk-like polyester fabric was introduced. The process and points for attention were given, such as dyes selection, paste modulation, temperature control, doctor knife pressure, thickener selection etc. Based on practice, the printed fabric featured excellent definition and shade.
