介绍了一种新型靛蓝牛仔布拔染印花助剂DBK10 0 /FA10 0的应用工艺 ,探讨了拔染剂用量对织物白度和强度的影响。结果表明 ,随着助剂用量的增加断裂强度保留率逐渐下降 ,白度逐渐提高 ,织物强度损失在允许范围内。用该助剂拔染印花后 ,图案的色牢度高、色泽鲜艳、花型精细 ,印花色浆调制方便 ,应用工艺简单。

The application of discharge agent DBK100/FA100 to discharge printing of indigo dyed denim was introduced. The influence of dosage of the discharge agent on whiteness and strength of fabric was also discussed. As a result, with the DBK100/FA100 dosage increasing, whiteness was increased, tensile strength retention was reduced but strength loss of the fabric was less. The discharge printing with DBK100/FA100 featured high color fastness and fine pattern, convenient paste preparation and simple process.
