摘要
情报公开制度是近现代发展起来的新制度 ,是政治民主与法制健全的产物。本文论述了当今发达国家情报公开立法的现状 。
The system of informational opening is a new system that occurred in the near periods and contemporary periods.It is the result of the political democracy and legal perfectness.The essay studies the legislating status of informational opening in the contemporarily developed countries and point out the legally developing trend of informational opening in the world.
