摘要 纵扭复合型超声波电机是最典型的低速大力矩电机,其系统模型等尚有不少问题值得探讨,特别是摩擦面的力传递模型,直接涉及这种电机的特性。结合研制的纵扭复合型超声波电机样机,从理论和实验上分析研究了各种因素对机械特性的影响,并对电机接触面的转换效率进行了分析计算,指出了这种电机效率偏低的缘由。另外实验验证了这种电机具有工作频域较宽的特性。 The longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor is characterized by low speed, high torque. However there are still many problems to be discussed in its system model. it concerned the properties of this kind of motor. The characteristics of this kind motor are studied according to the manufactured sample from the angels of theory and experiment. On the basis all kinds of factors that influenced the mechanical characteristics are analyzed , at the same time the transfer-efficiency on the contact surface is calculated, the low-efficiency of this kind motor is explained. In addition, the wide-working-frequency-range properties of this kind motor are verified by experiments.
