摘要
针对数字书刊采购过程中出现的重复订购、数据质量差、服务无保障等问题进行分析,总结归纳造成数字书刊订购质 量失控的4条基本原因,并提出3条质量控制措施。
This paper analyzes the quality in the subscription of digital books and periodicals. Their causes are concluded in four as-pects: 1. the production of digital products is under an unprincipled competition; 2. the consortium subscription cancels the personality of member libraries; 3. the bad quality of digital products; 4. the deficiency of professional regulations. Three suggestions proposed by the author are; 1. keeping calm to the hot consortium subscription; 2. taking prudence to choice the e -products, and severely control the quality of the system; 3. paying close attention to the agreements in the subscription.
