摘要
探讨图书馆业务外包,在阐述笔者对图书馆业务外包认识的同时试图从中找出图书馆业务外包中若干争议性问题的答案。简述图书馆业务外包的缘起与涵义,回顾业务外包在图书馆的重要发展,总结业务外包在图书馆4大方面的应用,重点从正反两方面论述业务外包对图书馆的影响,继而引出对图书馆业务外包管理的重要性和方法的论述,最后得出图书馆业务外包管理的关键在于沟通的结论。
This paper discusses preliminarily the outsourcing in libraries, and tries to find out the answers to arguable questions about it. Firstly, this paper recommends the concept and the origin of outsourcing in libraries, reviews the developments of outsourcing in libraries and summarizes the applications of outsourcing in four aspects. Secondly, it discusses the effect of outsourcing on libraries from both the Pros. and the Cons, and then goes to the importance of management and discusses the management tools involved in providing successful outsourcing in libraries. Finally, this paper draws a conclusion that communication is the key point to the good management of outsourcing in libraries.
