摘要
本文分析了10年来收治35例经皮肤吸收的小儿有机磷中毒的临床资料,并重点讨论了其临床表现及误诊原因。由于中毒的潜伏期较长,临床表现不典型,易误诊为支气管肺炎及中枢神经系统感染等。
In this paper a clinical analysis is made of 35 cases of children's organophosphorous poisoning absorbed by skin, which have been treated during 10 years. The discussion centers on their clinical manifestations and the causes of misdiagnosis.As the incubation period of poisoning is rather long and the clinical manifestations are not typical, this kind of poisoning is easy to be misdiagnosed as branchial pneumonia, infections of the central nervous system, and so on.
