摘要
通过对《食品卫生法》执法实践中遇到问题的提出与分析,提出了有关建议,为今后对该法的修订及当前的食品卫生执法工作具有较好的参考价值。
Analysis was made on problems in the practice of execution of the law on food hygiene, and proposals
were put forward on it, which was of good reference value for future revision of the law and current execution of food hy-
giene inspection and supervision.
