An application database management system used by EMS and other areas is presented in this paper based on the PCS- 32 system. It mainly consists of a database configuration management, a database building management, a database accessing management and some other auxiliory functions. The management system provides users with convinient tools in database development management and maintenance. Along with the developments of application programs, more application functions can be realized easily.
