摘要本文介绍了深圳高新技术企业国际化现状,阐述了深圳高新技术企业国际化三步曲做法,即从外贸出口到建立办事处或建立销售公司到对外直接投资,提出了产品创新战略、成本领先战略及知识产权战略等三大国际化战略。
