On Knowledge Organized and Organizational Knowledge Discussion on Knowledge Management of the University Library with Mr. Pengfei

本文在探讨了有关知识管理的几个基本概念的基础上,针对高校图书馆面临的双重知识管理任务,阐述了两种不同的知识管理之间存在的区别及其主客观相互作用关系,并对彭飞同志有关高校图书馆知识管理工作的几点结论性意见提出了不同的看法。

On basis of some basic concepts of knowledge management, the difference between two types ofknowledge management with their subjective or objective interaction has been distinguished in order to meetthe demand from so called 'double knowledge management framework' at university libraries. Furthermore,some points of view on different conclusions from frameworks of knowledge management made by Mr.Pengfei are discussed in the article, too.[
