摘要
提出了一种求解渐变刚度钢板弹簧的新模型,并用搜索法求解渐变刚度钢板弹簧的片间作用力、刚度与应力。模型假定片间有多个接触点,每个接触点处作用着集中力。根据板簧的变形条件,导出相应的方程。采用逐步搜索的办法,解出各个接触点位置及作用力的大小,并进一步求得各叶片的应力分布、挠度曲线及弹簧刚度。计算结果与实测结果对比表明,新模型求解精度高、速度快。
One new model for solving the tapered leaf spring is presented,the active forces between leave,the stiffness and stress of tapered leaf spring can be solved with search method.It is assumed in the model that there are multiple contacting points and there is concentrated force on each contacting point. In terms of deformation conditions of the leaf spring,the corresponding equation is derived.With the step-by-step search method,the position of contacting points and active forces on them can be solved,and then the stress distribution,deflection curve and spring stiffness of each leaf spring can be obtained.It is shown by comparison between the calculation results and test results that the new model is more accurate and is more quick is more quick solution.
