The regional structure of foreign investments in China tends to be rational. Influenced by such positive factors as support and guidance of the state's macroscopical policy, etc., the foreign investments in the central and western regions and the Northeast tend to be in a good development state. This was released by Ma Xiuhong, Vice-Minister of Commerce, at a news conference introducing the situation of the foreign investments in China.
