巨大肾积水17例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 17 CASES OF ENORMOUS HYDRONEPHROSIS

巨大肾积水17例中,结石引起者12例。左侧9例,右侧7例,双侧1例。积水量1000～12500毫升。泌尿系造影和超声检查有助于确诊。17例均行手术治疗。

Of the 17 cases of enormous hydronephrosis, 12 are caused by stones. Among the 17 cases, 9 cases have much dropsy on the left side of the kidney,7 cases have much dropsy on the right side and 1 case has much dropsy on both sides of the kidney. The quantity of dropsy amounts to 1000-12500 ml. The radiographs and ultrasonic examinations help to make correct diagnoses.
