Game Theory of Property Right

本文结合现代产权理论,从博弈论的角度对我国产权改革中企业所有者与经营者的行为进行了分析,从所有者与经营者利益的均衡点出发研究公司产权分配问题,为设计出一套对委托人行之有效的约束激励机制提供新的思路。

Starting with modern property right theory, we analyze company owners and operators during property reform in our country by using the game theory. We research the problem of property distribute by trade- off of company owners and operators's behalf, and design a effective restriction and inspiritment system.
