社会主义政治的人民性的特征决定了必须坚持以人为本的科学政治观。国家权力要以人民为本,政治生活要服务于促进人的全面发展,将中国共产党立党为公、执政为民的理念转化为现实的政治行动。

The characteristics of socialist and political attributes of man indicate that we should maintain the view of taking man as the end which is a scientific and political viewpoint of development. Exercising the state functions and powers should be based on the view of taking man as the end while political life should be in favor of man's overall development. It is time that we converted the notion of our Party and government-serving our people-into political actions.
