摘要
介绍了TGN10型地铁车辆用DC1500VIGBT牵引逆变器的主要技术参数、主电路和总体结构,阐述了该牵引逆变器的保护方案。通过地面试验说明该逆变器的设计能满足技术要求。
Main technical parameters, power circuit & general structure as well as the protection solution of the DC1500V IGBTtraction inverter for TGN10 metro vehicle are introduced. The ground test shows that the inverter design conforms to the technicalrequirement.
