当今时代是知识经济时代,知识经济时代需要人才,尤其是需要大量的创新人才。作为高等院校应该肩负起培养创新人才的重任。但是,目前我国高等院校无论是观念、教学手段、教材,还是教师的素质都不足以培养高素质的创新人才,必须尽快加以改进。

This paper reveals the decision role that talent competes in knowledge economic time, especially creative talent in the country's comprehensive power. It puts forward the ability and quality that creative talents should have and discusses the training pattern.
