跨国公司在中国发展的新趋势表现出以占领与扩大在华市场作为对我国的主要投资取向:通过多种途径与方式增强在华投资企业的控制力;向许多前沿领域、行业迅速扩展;产品生产与研究开发当地化、带动零部件生产商移师中国形成完整生产链;对技术外溢的控制更强。鉴于跨国公司增强了对我国市场的垄断程度,导致了我国经济发展对它的依赖性,我们主张通过立法和国际惯用手段打破跨国公司的垄断地位,尽快地积极地采取措施,鼓励技术创新,以创立自主品牌,降低对跨国公司的依赖程度。

In China MNCS' new developing trend is that they focus their main attention on our opening policy and their investment tropism is to occupy and extend Chinese markets.They boost up the control of Chinese branches,rapidly expand in many preceding fields and industries,localize their production and R&D,bring along parts producers to China to form complete chain of production,gain much more dominance over technical overflowing.Whereas MNCS have built up the market monopoly and placed the dependence of our economic growth on them,we claim to break market monopoly by way of law making and technical measures and reduce the reliance on MNCS by way of founding our own brands to develop our industries.
