摘要
以平板和塑料网格平板为载体,研究优质液体种子的高效培养、半固体发酵工艺。结果表明,在25℃下培养36h可获得高活性的优质液体种子,接种量10%、半固体培养基在平板上粘附的厚度0 25cm左右、培养环境湿度90%~95%、产孢最佳终止时间9d最为经济合理。利用塑料网格平板生产的孢子粉含量可达1 2×1011~2 0×1011g-1(含水率为9 05%~11 36%),萌发率在98%以上。
In the present paper,the high quality liquid seed and technique of semi-solid cultivation for producing Beauveria bassiana was studied by using flat plate and plastic mesh plate as carriers.The results showed that the high quality liquid seed could be obtained after cultivating the thalli for 36 h in 25℃,and suitable technique for the thalli to grow included 10% amount inoculation,about 0.25 cm in thickness of medium,about 90%~95% of environment humidity and 9 days for spores′cultivation.As a result, the output of spores was 1.2×10^(11)~2.0×10^(11) conidia·g^(-1) (water content 9.05%~11.36%) and the germination rate was more than 98%.
