村民自治存在的问题与对策研究

随着《村委会组织法》的颁布 ,我国开始实行村级直选 ,标志着我国乡村民主化进程的加快推进。但是 ,村民在自治实践过程中也暴露出一系列问题 。

As the constituent act of villager's committee is issued,direct election is being carried our at the every level of nationwide villages.That signifies that expedited proceedings in villages democracy in our country is promoting.However,a series of problems are exposed during the course of practicing autonomy by villagers,which we should further take practical policies and measures to improve and perfect.
