本文论述了加强 2 1世纪教师思想道德建的重要性 ,人类社会进入 2 1世纪 ,伴随我国市场经济体制的逐步确立 ,教师队伍也同样受到冲击 ,个别教师丧失了职业道德 ,把“副业”当做主业 ,严重地阻碍了我国教育事业走向世界的进程 ,因此 ,加强教师思想道德建设 ,是新时期教育事业发展的首要课题。

This paper expouds the necessity on how to strengthen the bulding of the 21st teacher' ideological morality.On the 21st,following the market econmy system's establishing,the teachers ranks are also pounded,the individual teachers lose occupation morality,which hinders the development of our conuntry's education cause.So it is the most important task on the new period that to strengthen the building of teacher's ideological morality.
