三唑磷在养殖泥螺中的残留及消解动态

Remainder and change trender of tiazophos in the body of bred Legillarca granosa Linnaeus

对浙江省慈溪市三北镇泥螺养殖场养殖过程中使用的三唑磷进行了最终残留和消解动态研究,结果表明:施用三唑磷1周后,其在泥螺中的残留量达到最高值,从第二周起,逐渐消解,至30d左右时残留量恢复到正常水平,因此,建议在泥螺养成过程中少用或禁用三唑磷。在没有替代药物的前提下,施用该农药还应控制剂量,最好只用于清涂,用量以施用750mL/hm2体积分数为20%的三唑磷乳油为宜,且其在水产品中最高允许的残留量为0.10mg/kg,安全期间隔为30d。

The finnal remainder and change trender of triazophos in the body of bred Legillarca granosa Linnaeus in Sanbei Legillarca granosa Linnae farm of Cixi city of Zhejiang province are studied.The result indicates that remainder of triazophos in the body of bred Legillarca granosa Linnaeus reaches the highest after using triazophos one week later.It begins to be reduced gradually from the second week,recovers itself until 30 days.It is suggusted that triazophos should reduce using or be banned in breeded Legillarca granosa Linnaeus and MRL in aquatic product is 0.10 mg/kg,safe interval is 30 days.
