摘要
介绍了应用刚粘塑性有限元的基本理论及相关软件,对TCA单拐曲轴模锻工艺的设计制造进行了数值模拟,确定合适的工艺参数,并生产出合格的产品,从而证明这种仿真研究是指导工艺设计的有效方法。
Introduction is given to theory and relevant software of FEM with stiffness-stickiness-plasticity. Through nu-merical simulation for design and manufacture of die forging process of TCA crankshaft with single crank, suitable param-eters are determined and qualified products are yielded. It is proved that numerical simulation is an effective method todirect process design.
