摘要
人工影响天气的研究和应用在世界范围内仍在不断发展和加强,特别是在该领域一直处于领先地位的俄罗斯,经一段低谷之后,近几年随着经济的好转而逐步恢复。我国自改革开放以来,因经济发展的需求,人影工作得到迅速发展,90年代以来,在规模上已进入世界前列,目前在向扩大服务领域、提高科技含量、加快法制建设、提高总体效益的方向发展。新疆人影工作已取得长足发展,今后应结合西部大开发,科学有效地开发山区空中水资源,并加大投入,全面提升防雹减灾能力,为经济建设发挥更大作用。
The research and application of weather modification are still developing rapidly in world wide. Especially in Russia, the former leader in this field, this work is recovering from recession with the national economy getting better in recent years. To meet the demanding of economic developing, this work in China has been made developing rapidly since the Opening and Reforming.In 1990s the scale had been progress in world, and now it is developing forward to widening service field, increasing scientific concern, quickening law making and increasing collectivity benefit. Based on past achievements, the work in Xinjiang should combine the Opening of the Western to exploit the air water source scientific and efficacious. With the increasing funding, it will increase its ability of decreasing nature disaster and do more contribution to local economy.
