故障录波装置是电力系统暂态过程记录的主要设备。随着计算机技术的发展 ,为高性能微机型故障录波装置的研制更提供了有利条件同时也提出了更高的要求。

Fault recorder is a main equipment for recording transient process in electric power system.The development of computer technology is providing a favourable condition and raising a higher requirement for developing the micro-processor based fault recoder with high performance.This paper introduces a design scheme of a IPC-based new type centralized fault recoder.
