猪瘟抗体消长规律动态研究

Studies on Occurrence of Antibodies Against Classical Swine Fever Virus

采用IHA实验方法监测猪瘟灭活疫苗免疫的猪抗体产生水平 ,并对仔猪母源抗体的消长规律进行了研究。结果表明仔猪母源抗体水平与母猪抗体水平呈正相关 ,其首次免疫抗体增长幅度与母源抗体呈负相关 ,但其抗体水平与免疫次数呈正相关。主动免疫的抗体效价与免疫剂量呈正相关 。

Antibodies in swine induced by classical swine fever inactivated vaccines were evaluated by IHA test,and the maternal antibodies in piglets were studied.The results showed that the maternal antibody level in piglets was posiˉtively related to sows'antibody level,The antibody increasing extent post first vaccination was negatively ralated to anˉtibody level in piglets.The level of immune antibody was positively related to the vaccination times.The titer of the active immune antibody were proportional to the immunization dose,but had no relevant to the days of the first immunization.
