论高校大学生生涯辅导体系的构建

On the Construction of a Career Guidance System for University Students

生涯辅导的前身是职业指导,在历经了职业辅导后,最终发展成熟为生涯辅导理论。回顾了生涯发展理论的历史,指出了在大学开展生涯辅导的时代意义,从学校制度建设、就业指导思想的转变、生涯辅导师资队伍建设、进行生涯辅导研究等方面阐述了大学生涯辅导的具体实施。这一理论的出现向传统的教育模式和人才培养方式提出挑战,它的“以人为本”的思想核心给我们提供了一种新的人才培养思路。将这一理论应用于大学生培养,对帮助大学生正确规划生涯发展计划,实现个人生涯发展目标具有重要意义。

Career guidance, which used to be vocation guidance, has developed into a mature theory. This paper has made a retrospective survey of the development of career guidance and pointed out its importance for university students. It touches upon the implementation of career guidance with reference to the construction of university rules, transformation of ideas on employment guidance, construction of a tutor team for career guidance and research into career guidance. The appearance of the theory on career guidance has challenged the traditional educational patterns and ways of training talents and its focus on human beings has provided a new approach for education. The author believes that the application of this theory to the education of university students will certainly lead to a proper choice of careers in the future.
