广义价格纲论

On the Generalized Price Theory

阐述传统价格理论的不足 ,重新诠释价格的经济学内涵 ,本文认为应从“权利价值和产权标价”的内在性和市场交易性上重新理解和确立价格的经济学涵义。提出广义价格的基本经济学内涵 :“广义价格是制度、信息等约束下交易者产权契约性交易的博弈均衡解。”最后 ,在分析交易形态扩展的基础上探讨广义价格交易均衡的主要特征 :广义价格均衡是“经济人”的交易均衡 ,是交易者争夺和分割交易剩余的均衡 ,是交易谈判力均衡 ,是包含组织型交易和市场型交易的广义均衡。

Based on the exposition of the limitation of the traditional price theory and re-annotation of economics connotation this paper points out that the economics implication of price should be re-comprehended and re-established in a sense of inherence of the “rights value and equity pricing' and the nature of market transaction, and , then, defines the generalized price as the game equilibrium solution of negotiators' contracted equity transaction bound by institution and information. The paper also studies the principal features of transaction equilibrium in generalized price, namely, the generalized price equilibrium is the equilibrium to the “economic man', the one to the negotiators scrambling and carving up the transactional residue, the one in trading negotiation power, and the generalized one in organization-type and market-type transactions.
