摘要
简要介绍了湖南某地钙基膨润土矿的矿石物质组成及性质 ,通过试验研究 ,提出了湿法分级提纯工艺流程 ,获得了蒙脱石含量 >90 %的膨润土精矿 ,为制备无机纳米复合材料提供了高性能的基质材料。
The compositions and performances of Ca-bentonite of a mine in Hunan are briefly introduced.Based on the experimental investigations,the wet process through purification is put forward,which has obtained bentonite concentrates containing >90% montmorillonite.It provides basic material with high performance for preparation of abio-nanometer composite material.
