国有企业改革需要与之匹配的内部制度安排和外部环境改善,其中,建立健全有效的激励制度无疑是诸多制 度中重要的因素。可以通过加强中长期激励制度建设、保持替代威胁、因地制宜等方法合理制定经营者薪酬制度。
The state-Owned enterprises reform needs a set of matchable inner institution arrangement and outer environment enhancement. Of which, to build and improve a set of effective stimulation system is a important factor. To strengthen medium and long term stimulation system construct, preserve substitute threat, and adjust measures to local conditions will help to establish a set of reasonable executives' stimulation system.
