摘要
随着我国信息化进程的加快 ,信息消费在我国已发生了巨大的变化 ,无论从信息消费的深度和广度来讲都有了长足的进展。但是跟西方发达国家和新兴工业国家相比还相距甚远。加入WTO以后 ,中国的信息产业和信息消费市场在面临激烈的竞争的同时也同样面临着巨大的发展机遇。为此提高居民的信息意识 ,完善消费市场的经济制度 ,创造有效需求 ,调整产业链 ,保证信息服务质量是当务之急。
With the quickened information process,great changes have occurred to China's information consumption in terms of depth and width,but still far behind that in the advanced western countries.The WTO's entry has brought about both opportunities and Challenges to Chinese information industry and consumption market.It is necessary to improve the people's information consciousness,optimize the consumption market system,create effective needs,adjust industry chain and ensure the service quality.
