摘要
先秦诸子在研究管理问题时 ,认识到了调节人际关系是管理工作最根本的任务之一。为此 ,他们从伦理道德层面上提出了“义”作为其一种管理理念。他们认为 ,“义”是调节管理过程中人际关系的最佳行为规范和准则 ,无论是规范领导者的管理行为和管理方法 ,还是引导人们正确处理个人与个人、个人与群体和个人与社会之间的关系 ,“义”都具有极其重要的作用。先秦诸子这种传统的管理理念 。
The scholars before Qin Dynasty found that manipulating the personal relationship was one of the fundamental tasks in management. Based on this, righteousness was proposed as one of the management concept at the ethics and moral level, which was the best behavior norm and criterion in manipulating the personal relationship. Righteousness plays a very important role in manipulating the managing behavior and ways of the directors, as well as directing the people to deal with the relationship among individuals, individual and the group, and individual and the society. This traditional management concept was still indispensable cultural base in the management in the modern society.
