调节转化器末段供气提高SO_2转化率

Changing the Composition of Feed Gas in Final Stage of Converter to Increase S0_2 Conversion Efficiency

摘要 根据SO_2液相催化氧化机理,在转化器末段设置两个并联的催化剂床,周期性地通过转化气体和干燥空气。实验室试验结果表明,在不同的氧硫比、吹气比和切换周期的条件下,SO_2转化率的最大增值为1.17%~3.74%。最后提出了吹出气的利用途径。 According to the mechanism of liquid phase catalytic oxidation, the converted gas and the dry air are passed through alternatively the two parallel beds located at the final stage of converter.The results from laboratory tests show that the maximum increments of SO2 conversion efficiency are varied from 1.17% to 3.74% depending on the O2/SO2 ratio, blowing ratio and switching period. The way to utilize the blowing-out gas is proposed.
