摘要
本文结合市场经济交易活动现存在的信任问题,论述了律商的内涵,律商、智商和情商的关系,律商在开展协作和规范企业行为的积极作用,以及提高律商应采取的举措。
Combined with the problem of fidelity in market economy, the paper discusses the connotation of Rule Quotient and the relationship of Rule Quotient, Emotion Quotient and Intelligence Quotient. Then we discuss how Rule Quotient can bring active effects in developing collaboration and criterion about enterprise behavior and enumerate some measure to increase Rule Quotient.
