摘要
作者在讨论了可供选择的等质量速度设计、等操作速度设计、等压力降设计等三种方法之后,提出应该按等效设计方法。大部分设备按等效设计方法与等压力降设计方法结果是一致的。高海拔地区的设备设计工艺参数,大部分都可以用平原地区的设计值乘以一个f(P)的修正因子C来获得。作者认为,系统压降设计应基本上遵循等压降设计的原则。对于海拔1000米以上的地区,必须考虑低气压对装置设计的影响。
After discussing the three optional ways of design based on equal mass velocity, equal operating linear velocity and equal pressure drop, the author proposes that the equivalent design method should be followed. The result of equivalent design for most equipment is identical to the design based on equal pressure drop. The process parameters of equipment design for hign altitude region can mostly be obtained from the design values for plain region multified by a correctness factor C which is a function of P. The author considers that the criterion of design based on equal pressure drop should be followed in designing the system pressure drop. The effect of low atmosphere pressure on plant design must be considered for the region over 1000 metres above sea level.
