对成就感的渴望是个体与生俱来的 ,管理者应对培养员工的成就感来激励员工这一激励方式给以高度的重视。本文从鼓励员工成功 ,增强员工自信 ;尊重员工 ,给予其充分信任和独立空间 ;重视薪资刚性 ,给予员工公正待遇 ;为员工提供培训和发展机会 ;减少监督程度 ,增加员工自我管理 ;
Seeking a sense of achievement is an instinct with individuals and administractors thinking highly of the approaches of encouraging staff by developing their sense of achievement.This paper discusses the six approaches:seeking success;heightening confidence;respecting and giving full trust and appropriate independence;paying attention to the rigidity of salary and treating the staff fairly;supplying the opportunities of receiving training;reducing supervision;enhensing self-discipline and encouraging the share of power of policy-making.
