关于信阳市农业结构调整的思考

信阳市农业结构调整是经历了从数量增长型到质量提高型的发展过程。信阳市农业结构调整坚持与生态示范市建设、农业产业化经营、改善农业生产条件、田园农业相结合的特点及取得的四个成效。进一步提出了培育龙头企业、创建信阳绿色食品生产基地、改善生态环境等农业结构调整的新途径 。

The adjustment to agriculture structure in Xin Yang has expressed through the stages from quantity increasing to quality improving.And the adjustment is combined with the construction of the ecological model city,management of agricultural industrialization,improvement of agricultural producing facility and rural agriculture.In order to get to the living standards of a fairly comforbable life of Xinyang residents,the paper also puts forwards some new suggestions as follows:cultivating leading enterprises;establishing the green food base;and improving the ecological environment .
