Simulated Annealing that was used to solve the problems of variety of optimization was introduced in the process of genetic algorithm in this paper. The algorithm can solve the problem of premature convergence of the process and can meet the requirement of diversity in the population of chromosomes.At last,the algorithm was applied in solving the optimization problem of land utilize configuration and the optimization model was built.
